We’re in the process of renovating three studios that will be ready by spring 2026, but in the meantime, we thought: why wait to start hosting? So we decided to give one of the other rooms on our property a cozy makeover and open it up for guests. The room is separate from our family home, giving you complete privacy. It has an ensuite bathroom, a private terrace with a BBQ area, and a small garden overlooking our stunning valley. You’ll also have access to our private swimming lake — perfect for a refreshing dip on warm days. Nearby beaches include Arrifana, Monte Clérigo, and Amoreira — all about 20 minutes by car. Whether you’re a traveler passing through, someone walking one of the trails nearby, or just looking for a quiet weekend getaway, we’d love to welcome you here.

Natuur en omgeving

Our property is completely off-grid. That means solar panels provide the electricity and water comes from our borehole. Don’t worry, you’ll have all the comfort you need — a hot shower, a comfortable bed, and a beautiful place to relax. We just kindly ask that guests are mindful of their water and energy use. It’s all part of the charm and connection to the land here. We’re perched above the Cerca dos Pomares valley, just 8 minutes from the center of Aljezur. To reach us, you’ll drive the last 5 minutes on a dirt road — nothing dramatic, totally fine for any car (from a Fiat 500 to a camper van) — and that little extra effort is worth it for the peace and the view.
