Our nature house is near lake Balaton - and there are plenty of other places of interest for nature lovers. The price indicated is for one or two adults and their children (any number). For a different company or an additional dog write in advance for price and special instructions. In the aerial photo you can see where the three facilities are. There is a terrace with a large picnic table and a place for campfire. In the middle there is a rural style toilet and an open air shower. The sun warms up the water in the barrel. At the lower end there is a water pump, a cabin with a kitchen with basic equipment: a small electric stove, a fridge with a small freezer, pots and pans, cutlery etc. There is also a roofed terrace with furniture. Bring your tents or caravan, sleeping bags and towels. You can make fire (wood provided) but there are restrictions during the summer. There is little light pollution so you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Milky Way on moonless nights.

You will find rich biodiversity - there are numerous species of wildflowers, insects and birds. An ideal beach on lake Balaton is just 10 km away. It is small and scenic, with the usual facilities including streetfood. A bicycle path also leads there. A car is not a must but public transport is scarce. There is plenty to do and see in the region even on a rainy day. Make your research on the Internet, and we can also give you tips on what to see, depending on your interests. There are many hiking routes as well. There is a very popular bakery and restaurant with local specialities nearby, in Várvölgy. Because our nature house is in the vineyards, you can sometimes expect some noise from agricultural activity. It is not fenced, just like many other gardens, so it is possible to wonder around freely.
